Your support makes a difference to the College and to the University. Each gift, whether it is large or small, is important to us. How you give is entirely up to you and your personal situation.
Currently, the College has specific needs in the areas of Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Financial Engineering, Global Management, and Marketing. ( Information about the College's Top Priorities)
We would be pleased to talk with you about the positive impacts of your support. Gifts of cash, appreciated securities, life insurance policies, real estate and personal property, as well as deferred gifts such as bequests, testamentary trusts and life income trusts all have their place in supporting our activities.
You may choose to make a tax deductible contribution in cash to the College of Business' General Fund, or to directly support one of the academic areas. This gift would provide immediate benefit to us. Alternatively, you may be interested in learning about endowments. Endowed funds are invested to bring continued value over time, with program funding provided annually from a portion of the interest, while the principal is maintained (or even grows) assuring support far into the future.
The simplest way to make a donation is with a personal check. These gifts go to work right away to support programs, students, and professors in a variety of ways. If you work (or are retired from) a company that matches personal donations, you may want to talk with someone from the human resources area to see how you can increase the value of your donation.
