Ph.D. Admission Requirements

Admission to the Ph.D. program is limited to persons who show outstanding potential for doctoral study and for later professional achievement. Most students have earned master's degrees in business or related fields and many have prior teaching and/or business experience.

Admission decisions are based on a combination of the following criteria:

• Evidence of scholarly accomplishment in undergraduate and graduate coursework
• Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) score
• Letters of recommendation
• Resume
• Statement of Educational and Career Objectives

Competence in both written and verbal English is expected of all students. International students whose native language is not English must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

Application deadline for INTERNATIONAL APPLICANTS is January 1st.
