Interested individuals should:

1.  Go to https://vista.kent.edu,

2.  Click on the Kent State University link

3.  Enter the username as gst_iakm1 (or gst_iakm2)*

4. Enter the password, which is all lowercase, as guestiakm

5.  Click on the Knowledge Management Certificate - Example Course link

6.  Choose to view either the Introduction to Organizational Knowledge Management or the Introduction to Business Process Management course sample

7.  Follow the directions from there

*Only one user can use the log in at a time.  If you run into a problem getting into the course it could be because someone else is using that log in.  Please check back to see the course.
